Kia Ora! from Christchurch.

We left for the airport at 4.30am there was loads of people all still in the pubs and everything when we left, we got the train to the airport it was raining in Sydney and had been for the last two days! Had a bit of a windy flight to Christchurch but it was just over 2 hours it flew by (get it flew by ha ha). Touch down we were really surprised that the sun was blazing a lovely surprise! Arrived at the hostel again a good choice nice and clean and really close to the centre. Had a walk around to try and find a new camera! Found one that we pick up tomorrow (Tuesday). Christchurch is apparently the most English city outside of England. We had a couple to contact whos family live on Joes delivery they are English and have moved to New Zealand approx 4 - 5 years ago so we called them and arranged to meet the next day.

Met up with Tina and Steve the next day and their two gorgeous kids Kayden and Daniel and went for coffee they welcomed the stokie accents! We had a great day with them the gorgeous sunshine had not lasted it was freezing, we walked round the park and had to take shelter a few times as the rain kicked in! Tina invited us over to theirs thats eveing for sunday lunch, this would be the first sunday dinner we would have had since travelling. Their house is about 15 minute drive it's really big and I loved it, we had a great night fantastic meal Joe was in heaven beef and mustard and apple crumble for pudding. We are hoping to try and head back in a couple of weeks so we can spend another night with them as we got on really well!

We have booked the campervan and leave in the morning down south heading to Queenstown, we have another high top and are really excited. We have had bikes to day and cycled down to the beach my god it's soooo cold but at least it's not raining today!!

So..... we are looking forward to travelling round again thinking of doing some adrenalin things maybe a double bungee swing (if we dont bottle out) and the ice glacier walk. Will keep update as much as possible.
