Back in Sydney again this time for one week. We arrived at the hostel a little aprehensive as the lst place we stayed in Kings Cross was a dive and really dirty but we were really pleased we had booked this place it was really clean the room was small (and with bunk beds) but that was fine as it was super clean compare to the last place we had stayed and it was a cool place really central to everything, we got given loads of freebies which was also great! The night we arrived we went to the theatre to check prices for the Wicked musical which has just been on in New York and London and is now here for a couple of weeks, they told us they do a competition every night to give away front row tickets for that evenings performace and guess what we won them could not believe it when my name was called out! The show was amazing really really good and being in the front was fab we heard the people behind us saying how much they had paid for their tickets! We went up the tower next day which gives you an awesome view of the whole city that was great if a little scary if you were really brave (which we were not) you could go out at the top with a group and do a skywalk but just being in the tower was scary enough as we were so high up so we decided to give that a miss! Got some great photos overlooking the city!

We had arranged to meet up with one of Joes friends Alan who he had met last time when he came travelling who lives over in Sydney, we went to Spanish street and had tapas in a little authentic tapas bar then onto some bars then onto the casino which is the biggest casino I have ever seen, it was huge two floors and it was rammed some people betting loads of cash! We had a great night arrived home early hours of the morning!

Just chilled out for a couple of days as the weather was terrible really really cold winds from Sibera apparently! Then next day we got the train down to Bondi beach and spent the day there, its one of the famous beaches in Australia and is very similar to Surfer Paradise.

We decided to meet up with Alan again as we only had one more day left so we met him after work for a couple of beers and that ended up being a whole night out on the beer we had a great time but .... I lost the camera and my credit cards, I mever take my cards out but as I had been shopping that day to buy some warm clothes it was in my camera case (typical) I have cancelled the cards and have reported it to the police so we may get paid out on the insurance but never mind hey thats one camera we have lost each now third one lucky!!

We spend the next day packing and getting ready for New Zealand as we fly early in the morning. We have enjoyed Australia and really glad we decided to get the camper van as I think we experienced different things we would not have been able to do without the van, saying that we are really ready to leave now and are sooo excited about New Zealand.
