My time in Charlottesville over the next week shall be split between exercising, applying for jobs, sightseeing & sunbathing.
After too much food & alcohol, all very enjoyable I may add. It is nice to be in a home environment where I can establish more of a routine.
Therefore despite the heat today started with a run of 3.5miles down a route I made up as I went along. Using only my tremendous sense of direction did I manage to find my way back.
I went with Ellen to the supermarket, once again I marvelled at the selection of all different food types in the American stores.
Upon returning to the house I spent the rest of the day sunbathing. I went out with Allen in the evening to try & find the film Gettysburg to no avail.
We had dinner of corn on the cob, salad, veg & scallops. An extremely tasty combination.
