Should you find yourself visiting Lilongwe in the near future you shall see for yourself there is not a lot of tourist activities. Bars/restaurants are the main focus. Today began with my first outdoor run south of the equator. On my previous visits I had restricted myself too running in the gym. There is a two mile loop along the main road from Scottys.
