We arrived at Mallacoota on the 4th November. the journey from lakes entrance took around 4 hours through the back roads along the coast and through the forrest.
We stayed at a place called Mallaluca grove moter inn, here we rented a 2 bedroom shallet and after what we had stayed in this seemed like luxury. the owners we really nice and couldnt have been more helpful. The first night we stayed in as we were so tired from the journey that day seriously me and SArah are acting like a married couple its funny.
Saturday 5th we walked down to the beach which was around 3 1/2km away it was really nice we chilled out for a bit and paddled in the water we havent braved the sea yet as its still a bit cold. We got a lift back from a man and his 2 children as we couldnt remember how to get back into town and gave the children some money for ice creams. We walked around the shops for a bit and went into a small nik-naki shop where i brought two anklets one meaning peace and the other meaning love the owner of the shop was coincidentally the wife of the man who had droped us into town so as a gift she gave me and sarah one of the anklets free of charge which was really nice.
That evening we went to the local pub for dinner and drinks as it was the only pub in Mallacoota you can imagin how busy it was and we waited over an hour for dinner, not surprisingly me and Sarah were drunk before our meals got to us. After dinner we went through to the pool bar and had a few games of pool with a group of lads we met in there, they are from just outside melbourne and seemed really nice, they offered to take us to the beach the following day.
Sunday 6th. We met the group of lads in the pub at 10.00am and they took us doen to a secluded beach which tourists didnt really go to. It was beautiful and so hot. Along side the beach ran a lake, the water was so warm. We had a few games of frisby on the beach and chilled out again I was too much of a whoose to brave the water but its getting warmer :). That evening we had dinner and drinks with the lads and a debrief of the day which the boys insisted on which was quite funny.
Monday 7th. Today we leave Mallacoota and head to Batemans bay!!
