15th August U2 @ Wembley Stadium

Tonight we went to see U2 in concert playing at Wembley Stadium which was only a 15 minute tube ride!! After buying our U2 t-shirts and programme we made our way to our seats which were not too bad as had thought we had a good view of everything the crowd and stage. Was awesome that the stage was 360°c, so were able to see Bono, The Edge, Adam and Larry come on to stage and also exit the stage which the standing crowd could not see!! A bonus for us!! Concert was bloody fantastic had a great night out singing to all the favourites, the following day waking up with both a very sore throat and ringing ears was well worth every bit of it.

25th August Offspring @ O2 Academy, Brixton

Tonight we headed down to Brixton, first time we have been to South London. Hamish had managed to get us tickets so we headed in to the standing area and were turned away because apparently our tickets were seated tickets so I was quite happy after seeing the atmosphere!! Not bad seating where we were seated. Opening band was great followed by Offspring, just awesome!! Was worried wouldn't know too many of their songs but was surprised because I basically knew every second song was quite proud of myself!! Well think Hamish was quite proud as he enjoyed himself.
