Today we spent the morning at the Vatican.We got a tour guided by the sweetest old lady.The tour guides here are sooo knowledgeable.I feel like you would have to get a degree in order to be a tour guide.She knew so much information.She led us all through the Vatican museum and then we went to St. Peter's Basilica on our own.They were both beautiful.It seems so strange to me that that little area is it's own little unit.I wish we had more time to see a little bit more around there.

After the Vatican we went and ate lunch.I am still bitter at this restaurant because it was stupid expensive and not very good.It was stupid.Then we caught the metro to see the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain.I was underwhelmed with the steps? to me they just looked like steps.But the fountain was awesome!It was really cool the way it was made.The only bad part about it was that it was swarmed with people.There is a myth that if you throw coins into the fountain at night and make a wish.. You will have good luck.We were told that if the police catch you throwing money into the fountain you will have to pay a fine, but EVERYONE was doing.I didn't understand how they would have fined anyone? they would practically have to fine the entire city.I also didn't get why it was such a big deal.The homeless probably come through every night and get all the money out anyway.

Once we got back to the hotel we had about 3 minutes to go get freshened up and head out for dinner.We went as a big group to the Hard Rock again.I think it is going to turn into a routine.To be honest, it is WAY cheaper!In each city they give us a ridiculous discount if we have an ISIC card (student travel card).We get a drink, pick from about 5 entrees, and dessert, all for 12e.When they calculate up the check they put on there how much it would have cost without the discount? last night our bill was for 70e between 6 people.Without the discount it would have been 185e for 6 people.Isn't that ridiculous!!!Anyway? it was fun and totally worth the hour and a half wait.

Then we came back and watched the most ridiculously weird movie I have ever seen? so I feel asleep.
