We had a pretty interesting weekend!We went to Dublin, Ireland!We took a bus to Gatwick airport.What should have been a 2 hour ride turned into a at least a 3 hour trip.We thought we were going to miss our flight, but we didn't!We didn't get to our hostel until 1 in the morning and it was soooo sketchy!We were in a 20 girl room with bunk beds.We shared 4 toilets and 4 sinks, but the showers were downstairs.We definitely got the hostel experience?We had to pay for sheets, blankets, lockers, and towels.It was a gross place, but we were all so tired that it didn't even matter.

The next day we met up with the boys (who were staying in a not sketchy hostel on the other side of town).We went to Dublin Castle, Christ Church, and St. Patrick's church.Marisa wasn't feeling well, so we went back to the hostel.The second we got there we realized that Marisa had a stomach virus.She started throwing up when we walked in.It was really sad because she was throwing up ever 15 minutes for about 4 hours.We ended up going to sleep @ 9.We slept for about 12 hours that day!

On Saturday, Marisa still wasn't feeling well, but we went to Wicklow anyway.Wicklow is a town outside of Dublin on the coast.It was beautiful!We spent the day playing on the cliffs, sleeping on the grass, and admiring the landscape!It was wonderful to get out of the city.I wasn't impressed with Dublin itself, but the Irish countryside was great!

Sunday morning we went back to the airport and came home!Dublin was ok.. But not my favorite place!I am getting super excited about Interlaken next week!!
