After a flight back from Vietnam as a loner, i spent a night back home at the D&D. I caught an overnight coach and boat sitting next to a very well spoken young lad called Rupert we chatted all night much to the anoyance of the rest of the coach who were trying to sleep! ( i bumpeed in to Rupert at the full moon party which was funny as he was off his face!). I finnaly arrived in Koh pha ngan to meet the others (not Adele and Steve they were on Koh Samui). Mike had stood on the corner of the road to meet me for 2 hours bless him people for days were asking if he was free for business!! I was so excited to catch up with the others and be in a lovely beach resort. We stayed in little bungalows with hamocks on the balcony's.

We chilled for a day on the beach, then went on a boat tour which was fun. We went to waterfalls and snorkelled well i did, Laura attempted but got scared of Nemo! so Nick rescued her (what a hero) she is over this fear now and is now a proffesional snorkeler! The others stayed on the boat and chilled (the tour guys were handing around joints!). We then had the full moon party to look forward to the next night. Adele after her sad parting with Steve came to meet us we all painted ourselves with flourecent body paint and started the evening by drinking a samsong bucket (literally a bucket filled with Thai wiskey redbull and coke). Then we hit the beach it was packed with people and every bar had different music pumping out it was difficult to choose where to base yourself. So we scanned the whole beach rescued an unconscious guy called Simon then danced for a while. It was a good night before Adele and i nearly got a flying kick in the face from a Thai guy trying to attack a bloke standing behind us. So we took this as a sign we should end the night and head home.

The others then left at the early time of 6am and headed to Krabi. I was a loner again for a night and felt it missed the others. I nearly cancelled my dive trip to Koh Tao but as i walked in to the shop i met three irish guys who said they were doing the same trip and i could tag along with them which was great. So we all left together for Koh tao and the paddy boys realy did look after me lifting my bag Etc

We arrived to the clear waters of Koh Tao it is a beautiful island my favourite of the three i went to. The boys invited me to have dinner with them which was nice, we followed this by having some drinks on the beach front bars which are so nice bean bags on the beach with candels so romantic.

The next day the Paddy boys had to go to school to do the diving theory, which i had done already at home. So i topped up my tan and snorkelled round a wreck just off the beach which was amazing so many fish and corals. Then the boys called on me to go to dinner again nice! ended up talking about poo round the dinner table why does that always happen!! The boys kept me entertained for hours.

The next day was first day in the pool learning to dive was fun, Gutted Brian (one of the irish guys) didnt get on with it. We all went to dinner that night with Tony an english guy in our dive group was a good laugh.

Our first two dives in the sea both were amazing we all were so excited it is another world under their so many fish and brightly coloured coral. We went to dinner that night with the dive insructer Andy more fun and Laughs. It was our last night in Koh Tao so we went to the irish bar where there was live music. When Brian went to the toilet i told the singer that he would like to get up and sing i hoped that Brian wouldn't be annoyed at me for this. He got up straight away and sang one of my favourite songs by the Kooks bless him he was soo good i nearly cryed! I then went to go home for an early night in prep for diving in the morn and then realised i had locked my key in the room and the bar staff did not have any spares. So the Paddys came up trumps again and put me up for the night which was great like having a sleep over!

Diving the next day was truely amazing after being a bit tired, unenthusiastic, and made to do a James Bond entry in to the water which i was not happy about, everyone was glad i wore my brown bikini!! (entails doing a forward roll off the boat). We got down there and found Squirt ( a hawksbill turtle) it was so pretty made my day along with the kiss that Ivan my irish dive buddy blew me under water.

After diving i had to catch the boat to Koh Samui to meet Dan, and the boys were heading back to Bangkok, so we parted i was sad to leave the boys and Koh tao i had a wicked time there and will never forget it.
