Arrived in Saigon in record time(5 minutes quicker ha ha)

Found a guesthouse down an alley and settled in before heading out to explore.

Out for a few drinks and dinner before heading off to bed.

Friday (happy birthday to me) started early due to freezing all through the night having air con above my bed.

Camille and me went and treated ourselves to a decent coffee before meeting Teresa & Tracy for breakfast.

We (me & Camille) went on a day trip to Cao Dai temple which is a rather random religion - catholic, buddhism, taoism and confucism all rolled into one as well as having a bit of an infatuation with Victor Hugo??????? Then we went to the Cu Chi tunnels

Dinner at Italian place for my birthday and the girls managed to find cake and even a candle which came from a spirit house.

Off to the Rex Hotel roof top bar for a cocktail before heading back to the guesthouse ready for an early start Saturday morning
