Managed to get a vaguely reasonable package to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat so... here we are.

Arrived yesterday morning and checked into our rather plush 4 star hotel. Headed straight to the pool for some sun.

Camille and me went and had a cambodian massage which was great although a little uncomfortable at times - the actually walk on you!!

Got a tuk tuk into town and found a aports bar playing the Ab V Wallabies game (arrgggh), had a few beers then went to Amok Restaurant for dinner and had Amok which was a lemongrass curry and absolutely fantastic! Might have to have the same for dinner tonight.

This morning we were picked up by our tuk tuk driver and taken to Angkor Wat - saw Ta Prohm, Ta Kev, Bayon, Angkor Thom, and Angkor Wat. They are absolutley amazing but no way could I spend a week there like some people do.

Got dropped back into town for lunch and now here I am..... the pool is calling!

Head back to Saigon tomorrow briefly before flying out to Bangkok and down to the beaches in Southern Thailand......
