Last day in Byron Bay today. Travelling up to Surfers Paradise in the morning for a few nights and then onto Brisbane where we will hopefully find work.

Days have been spent mostly on the beach and out round the town at night. Travelled to a very small town called Nimbin yesterday for a short day trip. Very strange, freaky, hippy place!! Came back to the hostel for another BBQ and got silly drunk off what the Ozzies call Goon... dirty stuff!! Legs and ankles have been demolished by the insects.. bitten about 30 times so suffering today.

Glad to be moving on out of Byron as it's more of a holiday town and there's not alot to do other than top up your tan. Great times though!!
