Tuesday was our first Spa day. (Thursday we have facials scheduled -- thought it was a good idea to spread it out into 2 days rather than pack it in all at once.) We went to Zee Best for an amazing breakfast and made it back in time for Tammy to get a Mani/pedi and for me to get an 80 min massage. I completely zoned out -- it was so nice to be the one pampered rather than the one providing the pampering!

Afterwards, I got myself a great sun hat at the resort shop and I had a quick dip in the ocean to wash off a bit of the massage oil that coated my body and hair. Then we went back into town and did a bit of shopping. Tammy was incredibly generous and bought me this beautiful set of crystal gemstones (earrings, necklace, and a ring) that change colors in the light, and a cute little pair of rose gold earrings. She spoils me so damn much and I am so incredibly grateful. I'm not sure how I managed to become friends with such an amazing generous person! Don't know how I am ever going to pay her back for all of this -- this trip and everything else! So blessed!! Tammy also picked out a gorgeous blue diamond ring for herself (which we need to pick up this evening because she needed it sized). While we were there they gave us a couple of drinks (something with vodka) and I was a very happy girl for a good hour! We ended up finding a quiet Italian restaurant for dinner and I broke my vegetarian diet for the most amazing chicken mushroom marsala! (So very worth it! It was devine!) I don't even feel guilty. Well, maybe just a touch.

Our day today (Wednesday) hasn't quite started yet. Tammy is still dozing but I have showered and sat down on our balcony to make this entry. I think we are going into town again for some exploring and to maybe see a few more beaches. Right now it is raining just a bit, but lightening up. Not even sure if the rain would stop me anyway.
