Hey Guys! Soz im a bit rubbish at this whole blog business. I heard through the grape vine that you hadnt heard anything from me for a while so here i am back in Kent. The first week back from Portugal was a bit disorientating yet almost disappointingly samey. I got to meet my exchange partner, the one whos been living in my room, i met him once in Portugal, he seems a nice fella but never really got to know him. The first two days back in Norwich were a bit stressful i had to carry my last terms assesment back to my house, mount up all my new work aka Portugal work and then carry that in and set it up. The weeks after that were pretty relaxed played a bit of footy in our garden, we have a guy that comes around once a week to cut our lawn which is a bit of alright though he did question how we could live in 'so much s***', a slight overreaction seings as i did try to explain we werent give a bin and the cats or foxs enjoying rummaging. Got my rsults back for the year, i scraped a first in studio work, one mark higher then last term so that was good, and i got 65 in the essay i wrote which i did with a massive hangover and i considered rubbish so all in all it werent too bad a mark. I got the coach back to victoria 2quid which was good, my bag weighed soooooo much it was pretty much full of books. Since being back ive been enjoying the sun, reading in the garden. As you already know went beach which fortunately the weather held out for and had a fun time. The party was cool too i made an impressive bread spread and danced the night away, my portuguese moves were victorious, four months have obviously done wonders on my choreography. Anyway sorry about being soo bad at leaving messages etc, be great to hear from you, have a great time in America! Luke

Hello men.
A few tips on Fiji. I take it you're goin on the boat tour (Yasawa). if you are make sure you stock up on food at the port before you go, as i just ate biscuits for a week. you can buy some food on the boat, they do pretty nice noodles, just add water. They're like pot noodles but much nicer (if thats possible). stock up on sun tan lotion on the mainland as on the boat its expensive and not very nice stuff. Dont go to matacawalevu, its boring, depressing and the women are v moody. altho this canadian girl that looks like tevez (fit) that we met said it was her favourite island. each to their own i guess. Manta Ray resort is good, and so are beachcomber and bounty. the others are a bit hit and miss. I hope you get good weather, we had excellent weather but it often rains. I got into Kayaking in a big way in Fiji. Finally "Bula" is a word that can pretty much mean anything you want it to. use it a lot.
when will you be in California, as me n Rach will be there at start of August. we'll meet you in Yosemite National park by the big tree if you want?
At the moment at work my main job is pretending that I am doing work. its tough.
Tomorrow me, rach and possibly dan are going on a televison show called market kitchen, so we'll prob be on TV soon.
Luke was remarkable in the dance off with zingles
Enjoy your travels.

alright kiddos! HI x 5 from me as well!! hows it all going?
lovin the photos, very strapping poses. pretty clear that woodkat is hogging the limelight and demanding all the photos to be of him!!
still knocking about lufbra for lectures but not going too well as have flu-d up! luke b is coming up on friday to do the rounds and say hello. not sure how his terracota tan and pearly whites will compare to us pasty lads now!
you both must have big cahones to be organising a skydive i think that sounds immense though, it has to be done. gotta get a video of you hurtling from the sky!
unexpected results in the euros with dutch out, also realised italians can destroy the beautiful game with their slow passes and poor movement. borin to watch! gonna try and get down to wimbledon n watch some tennis as well. ivanovic is on fire!
hope you boys have a safe journey to fiji on the next leg of your travels, keep up the good blogging! xx

Hiya fellas
So how is the big adventure going? Your photos are absolutely amazing!! Joe your destiny may be in modelling- you seem to have a natural affinity with the camera!!! I like the hat very 'cowboyesque', is it in preparation for the states?
It's a shame the weather was against you when it came to doing the 'all adventure' stuff. Have to save it for next time your in NZ. Not too long now before you head to the sun and a lot of sand and sea. Any plans while in Fiji or is it chill out time?
So, life in Singapore goes on. We were at Michaelangelos at the weekend with a colleague of Dad's. I think he had the exact same meal as you had George when we went there. He assured me it was every bit as good. We are going up to Tokyo for a week on 7th. Dad has work to do most days but I will be free to explore and we will get the weekend together. Hoping we may get the chance to take a trip up Mount Fuji. A few days after we get back Luke will be joining us. It will so good to have him here. Looking forward to sharing Singpore with him and doing some of the things we did.
Well that is it for now. Dad is due home in a while and we are going to get him some golf shoes as he is playing golf tomorrow down by the Singapore Flier.
Safe journeys, continue having fun. Can't wait to see some photos when you have them.
