Hello Georgie!Thank you vm for my birthday present, loved the pashmina its delightful!the card was also ace.got a really nice bag from paul and some clothes so I did pretty well. didn't really do much on my b'day except for eat steak and watch the apprentice final...I've got quite good at doing impressions of some people off the apprentice, been working on them for the last few days actually!

greg is having an 80's party tonight so we are going into town for that and lukie is back on thurs from norwich for a few days which is excellent news. The Foos were amazing, we didn't see Nick unfortunately cos he was off on the pitch somewhere getting squished I think but 2 of my friends came down from leeds to see them with us so we had a nice little gang. You and woodcat will like hamner springs i reckon...nice place to relax and have some wedges (in the cafe at the spa place).

Anyways, must go and make myself look a little 80s...enjoy the rest of nz and post some more photos soon!btw we bought some lilos for cyprus today...reckon they must be made of cling film or something cos they only cost 99p each!!

earlier today, jonny was drawn to a Take That concert on tv like a paper clip to a magnet. It was evident that he was thinking there is just one thing missing from that stage, and that is me. a worried gossip girl intervened and switched the tv off ordering jonny to 'strap on a pair' (phoebe buffay:2006)

Good to know the weather is brightening up for you. New Zealand deserves to be seen in its true glory! Surfing and now sking is there no end to your talents? Shame about the ending on the luge Woodkat! - did you manage to record any of it GK?

We had a good weekend with Deb's Mum & Dad staying. We went down to Rye on Friday, which they were well impressed with and then to visit Ightham Mote on Saturday. Fortunately, like yourselves the weather decided to cheer up and it makes all the difference.

Dad is now back from Vienna so we are going up to Norwich to see Luke this afternoon. The plan is to stay overnight and have the day with him tomorrow. We will then bring the bulk of his things back to make it easier when he comes home for the summer. We then head back to the 'bubble' on Sunday evening. I am not sure where the last few weeks have gone - they just seem to have flown by. Still managed to catch up with a lot of people and even got to see Sex and the City yesterday with Viv. it was good fun - very girlie!

Well fellas hope the rest of your adventure in NZ is brill and you get to see some amazing things. Will read of your adventures from Singapore

weather getting better here now, and it makes everything seem much better, like views and stuff. we went milford sounds yesterday it was brilliant, and coz there has been soo much rain, the waterfalls were huge! think we are staying in Qtown for a couple of more days to do some skiing then heading to FOX glacier for a couple of days before we go Hamner springs.

well done lads on winning footy, the new nbame sounds good too. also good celeb spotting. unlucky drock about the sunflower - nice one dan (dan we are planning to go fishing here soon, ill let ya know how it goes [probs won't catch anything tho]).

i'm not suprised to hear NZ is cold and grey but theres loads to do anyway. also you can get cheese and pineaple toasties in quite a lot of places if you start to get bored of subway. there well nice. subway is well cheap there though isn't it.

anyways the good news is that Muy Vale won the First Division title! unfortunately it wasn't quite as dramatic as it could have been as both our game and the game of the team in second were called off because teh other teams didn't want to turn up and pay to get thrashed - that always happens the last game of the season. Anyway we were all really gutted as we wanted to win in style but we turned up to goals anyway to try and find some people for a kickabout and then team in second were there so we played them and thrashed them 5-1 so that made it a bit more satidfying - theyre a really good team but we are brilliant. we'll taking a break now till your back and rejoin a league in September. I've think we should rename the team Muy Vale Regresso, which means Very Ok Returns, and adding 2stars to our badge to represent our two league titles!

Just a little note from wet and windy land.

Whilst not cold the weather is aweful with all drains in Sheffield being unblocked to prevent flooding this year. This is overkill because whilst it is raining its not a bloody torrent. Weather should brighten up for barbys and picnics to celebrate the end of jacks exams. Hes got one left,Chemistry tomorrow am then hes off out on the lash !!!!!

Oli was home yesterday to see the Knee man and has his next op planned for 4 weeks before we go to Spain.

Toby is working at Duve today instead of Daniel who was fired yesterday.Hes on the hinge production line and not too happy about it.

We think Rosie may have a boyfriend called George but hes not been seen at our place yet. Once we do see him no doubt we will give him a hard time so he may not be on the scene when you get back. We will let you know.

Mums not been feeling too great,although the wedding she did last weekend went very well.They were well impressed.I was Billy no mates in the back room washing up. Shes exhausted and needs a holiday !

Barny was supposed to come home this week but hes working in Kent for someones dad archiving files and destroying documents. Not as good as " Hinges" im sure. Hes home next week I think when Toby starts back at Waitrose in earnest.

Mum saw Matthew Stanley yesterday who said he couldnt get on to your blog. I dont know what info shes given him but he will try to contact you.

just to let ya know, woodkat has sorted his flights, booked for 2nd - 10th sept, he got em for 118 quid after a tip from pk and nams!! so jonny its just you n nams thats gotta book OK!! shame the price of ours plummetted a big NIC, no worries tho at least there sorted! can't wait! NZ still freezing and grey! good scenery tho!! today we went to top of a mountain in Qtown and then went on a luge, woodkat misjudged the end bit and went flying head over heals... pretty funny! cool, take care guys! gk xx x x x x xx

its freezing in new zealand. we both have colds unfortunately but still having a good time. im driving the campervan really well nams, ull be pleased to know. woodkat navigates well too!! the cold temps and sleeping in a small van has caused us both to become a bit run down... but we have seen some cool stuff so far, mount cook, and river valleys etc... queenstown at mo, it seems pretty good going to go and explore in a bit!!! cheers pk and debs for tips we will definately use them, i m going go whale watching but woodkat is not sure.

jonny mate get your cyprus flights sorted dude coz price will creep up for the dates you want, also nams get some sorted too!!!!! please.

jonny mate ud love driving here its like a rally course , no traffic anywheer and just amazing scenery, and teh vans an automatic so u just puch an accelerator its well fun and easy!!!
