Well the football may have been crap but b***** it we became an auntie and uncle once again! Yes, massive congratulations to my brother and his wife Marissa who gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Edie Iris. We cannot wait to meet her!!! Well it was also a good job Brazil was class because the football script didn't exactly go to plan. We first had a week soaking up the atmosphere in the quite brilliant Rio de Janeiro with its famous beaches of Copacabana...

So 6 nights were had in the extremely rustic beach town of Mancora, 4 were spent in the town and 2 spent further south on a pretty much deserted beach in our bamboo hut! It turned into a very chilled out affair watching some quite impressive wildlife watching of huge sea diving birds (still no idea what they were).
