Journeys
Biting off more than you can chew springs to mind. I have driven more than 1600 miles. Now stuck in yet another traffic jam. I enjoy driving but it is now becoming tedious. The motorway around Osnabruck is a nightmare 20kms jam. I would like to try to find another way back.
Earlier today I ended up going around the centre of Copenhagen- 4 times!
Becoming philosophical thinking travelling is like a video game or more like snakes and ladders or like bridge - win some and lose some.
Rushed through Denmark and drove over 'The Bridge' which everyone seems to know about because of a thriller on television-except me. All I know it was very expensive.
In Sweden camped near Varsberg with its fortress castle.

Tina I haven't watched that programme either but learnt about the Øresund Bridge from a song by the Manic Street Preachers 'walk me to the bridge'- they said they wrote it as crossing that bridge gave you an out of body experience of leaving one place and arriving in another- each to their own I suppose but always wanted to cross it after that! Don't suppose you experienced that? I'm sure you are enjoying it though x
