Well we finally made it to South Africa, after an emotional goodbye and a very long flight. We were delayed by an hour at Heathrow, stuck on the plane going nowhere. Didnt sleep at all on the plane and now we are going to have a snooze as we will possibly be getting up tomorrow at 4 or 5am to go on safari.

The backpacker hostel which we are in now is nice and has great hospitality. Well worth it after a hairy car journey here (they like to cut each other up). We probably will not be near a computer until after the safari, middle of next week when we will tell you all about the animals we saw. Also hopefully upload lots of photos.
