Snippets Of The Geri Glampers
Today off exploring the Flinders Ranges by car.
Amazing scenery, unbelievably large river gums, great rock formations and pine trees!
We did our first creek crossing, small but fun.
Lunch was on a dry creek bed, once again fantastic experiences for all of us.
We also went to the Sacred Canyon where we saw Aboriginal Rock carvings. A spectacular place!
So happy we have spent a couple of days here at Wilpena as it is truly unique.
Craig cooked his first camp oven meal in the fire coals tonight, a great mushroom chicken stew which was scoffed by all!
Tomorrow we leave for Broken Hill.
