Argghh the flies! We are over the flies!
Left William Creek this morning and the next stop is Leigh Creek.
A couple of stops to break the journey; Marree for lunch (you guessed it, a meat pie for Em and a pizza scroll for Zac!) and Lyndhurst for air and water!
We've decided to head straight to Wilpina Pound as it has started to rain... heavily!
Down some more dirt tracks which threw mud up all over the car and trailer. Really looks like we've been on an adventure now!
After finally finding where to check in and being told just to "find a spot anywhere", we discovered that the place was full and had to settle for any spot we could find. Quick set-up in the rain, cooked some "meat-in-a-can" for the kids and settled in for a cold night.

Mum and Dad Sunday - Bit worried for a while that nothing was posted, so it's great to catch up on your adventures and ........... what an adventure! You'll have great memories of this experience. What a brave woman you are Roma considering your dislike of all things creepy crawlie, with the addition now of jumping mice! Have fun regardless, and take care!
