G'day sheilas and bruces!!! well this is a true sign of moving quickly cos we are now in Byron Bay and we lost an hour - as we travelled from Queensland and into New South Wales!!! its pretty nice round here...loads of shops, plenty of eateries and ice creameries and of course, a great beach!! the surf looks pretty awesome and i might even try it out from here!! ; ) we just booked onto a snorkelling trip (another one - but the waters are so interesting it would be rude not to!!) and this one is to go in search of turtles so fingers crossed for that!! ; ) tonight i am sorting out all our stuff for yet another plane journey on monday! ive forgotten how to fly as weve been here almost 8 weeks!! but we head off and out to singapore so this will be one of the last entries from the land down under!!! crazy where its gone but its been an awesome ride along the way...ayres rock, the opera house, shops, snorkelling, hiking, canyon swings, reunions, bus journeys, hoetels, sharks, stubby coolers and lots and lots of sand!!! plenty more of that tomorrw though before the aussie goodbyes really start...im planning on heading up to the lighthouse on one of australias most eastern points...beautiful views of the bay apparently and the odd dolhin sighting too...always a bonus!! better run for now but hope all is well with you...thinking of you and lots of love...georgie x x x
