Feeling hot hot hot!!!! Yes, it's still very hot here...we have had a bit more rain in the evenings, but the days are still really hot and humid, you sweat buckets every time you work...mmmm, nice!!! I've been at the wildlife center almost a week, and I really feel as though I've settled in now. It actually feels as though I've been here ages, because the days are so long... I bet none of you can believe I manage to get up at 5.45 and start work at 6.15 every morning!!!!! Mind you, the 18 dogs barking howling at every vehicle that goes past and the gibbons calling throughout the night make sure you don't oversleep anyway!!!! It is a great experience here...

Hi everyone, just a quick note to let you all know I am here!!! I arrived at the center safely after a very long journey on Sunday at about 10.30pm, and had to get straight into working with the elephants at 7.30 Monday morning, so I was very tired!! It is very hot and humid here, but it hasn't rained much so that is good. The elephants are beautiful, especially Baby, she is very playful and cheeky, she tries to push you over with her trunk!!! I hae to go now...
