We stayed in Sacramento for one night & I didn't like the vibe of the place! I'm glad we were leaving early the next morning. There were offices for getting bail money everywhere you looked, I didn't think that was good news!

We were so lucky in Portland, the whole city is tax free so we went shopping, when we were in the nike store we got chatting to the people that worked there & they sent us off to the nike employee store for half price shopping! Seattle is a lovely city, very chilled out. We went to watch the Rolling Stones film, Shine a Light at the huge Imax there. Got a coffee in the original Starbucks. Walked to the Space Needle & went to the Rock n Roll Museum which was amazing. It has little recording booths where you go in & play instruments or sing & get it recorded! Back in Vancouver on Saturday so we were able to watch the Lazer Zeppelin & Floyd shows. They were really cool. It was in the Planeterium, so the dome above you is the screen and you lay back in your chair & look up at it. It was really good & cheap too. Luckily we got there early as there was a big queue for the second show & I doubt whether we would have got tickets.
