We hired a car to get from Steve & Junes place to Las Vegas & Charlie did great with the driving after having a few lessons from Steve!! Our hotel was amazing, it was behind the MGM Grand & was quite a walk through the hotels to the strip but the room was lovely. We had a kitchen area, a flat screen tv, a tv in the bathroom & a whirlpool bath! We tried to gamble but I won 25 cents & a whoopie cushion, Charlie won $5 on the black jack machine but we got too greedy & lost it again on another machine! The hotels are mental, it took us all day to walk up one side of the strip, looking in some of the casinos on the way. We gave up on the gambling one night & decided to catch a show. We followed some people up to a theatre in the MGM Grand & went in & it ended up being a burlesque show! We went on a ride in New York New York hotel & it was a horrible rollercoaster that felt like it was going to break & it threw you around everywhere in your seat & went upside down for ages & I thought I was going to fall out! We also went on one on top of the Stratasphere, the highest building there, it was one that shoots you up & lets you fall back down. It was so horrible I cried, I thought we were going to go flying off the top of the building! The picture was so funny though, we had to buy it!
