... After arriving late into Chiang Mai, our train pulled into the station about one o'clock in the afternoon, instead of 07:45. Which sadly meant we were unable to do our morning activity.

Once we got to the hotel checked into our rooms, and we had some free time, scotty and me decided it walk around the block, sounded like a great idea, but we did get pretty lost!! So we ended up getting a taxi back to the hotel... The funny thing was, we has walked about 50 meters from the hotel, but didn't take the turning...!

Anyway, we got back in time for the trek meeting, and hired all the gear we would need on the trek! & meet the 3 new people that would be joining is on the Trek!

.... After, we headed up to a temple located at the top of a mountain, had to clime 300+ stairs, but it had an amazing view over the city!!

Got back to Chiang Mai, and headed to the night market and had something to eat! Brought some bits their, not as much as some of the other lads!!

Headed back to the hotel after! Ready for the trek tomorrow!
