Bula everybody! We have just returned from a lovely few days on the Coral Coast. The journey down to the hostel was an amazing experience. We took the public bus so were travelling on a bus where we were the only foreign people. The actual fijians are extremely friendly to us whereas the indian fijians are not. Bula, We are now back from the islands. Unfortunately we have only had 1 and a 1/2 days of sunshine while we have been here and the rest has been cloudy and a lot of rain too! We have still had a good time and met some really lovely people. We are now accustomed to using hoses as showers, sharing room with 138 other people and a toilet which is the equivelent of a hole in the ground - but we are still smiling. Bula!! Just a quick message to say we have arrived safely in Fiji! We are at quite a nice hostel right on the beach so have been sunbathing and relaxing as well as a cultural trip on the bus into Nadi Town (It was quite something) Kates felt very out of place!
