Monday 11 th, Castries, St Lucia

Our tour today is Catamaran to the Pitons. We boarded a private catamaran for a scenic cruise along the island's Western coastline. The highlight was to pass the spectacular Saint Lucia's World Heritage Site, The Pitons. It was a brilliant trip with glorious sunshine, free flowing water and soft drinks until we had had a refreshing swim in the sea. Then we were served rum punch! Altogether a most enjoyable tour.

After lunch back on board we walked into St Lucia in baking hot sunshine. There were constant calls to ask if we wanted a taxis, to buy locally made trinkets etc.

In the evening it is the Captain's Farewell Cocktail party, formal night and the Braemar Crew Show.

Tomorrow we arrive in Roseau, Dominica, a new destination for us.
