10th Grenada

Our focus this morning was to find the Spiceland Mall, where there was an Apple shop. However, it is Sunday. We caught a water taxis across the bay from St Georges and after a walk along the beach etc found the Mall - the shop was closed! We did manage to find a good wifi connection and messaged home with the iPhone.

Water taxis back to the town and wandered through the terminal building. We spotted a kiosk in middle of the aisle and casually asked if he had an iPad charger lead and would you believe it he did!!

We walked up very steep steps to Fort George, which is fairly derelict from its heyday in the early 1900's but great views over the bay.

In the restaurant in the evening the waiters sang happy birthday to Phil and presented him with a cake with one candle - it was delicious.
