Isle of Skye, UK to Ayr, UK. Another clear morning, another fresh start. We finally got nice, long hot showers to start the day. Boy, does it make a difference! After a fairly relaxed morning packing up the car and tent and having breakfast, it was on to our next adventure.We plugged in the TomTom to find out how long it was to our next destination, Ayr, and it is a long 6 hour journey.Deciding to make the most of it, we headed for the scenic route.What a wise choice that was!

Three Sisters mountains and a lot of photographs later we arrived in Ayr at nightfall. After checking out the town and getting some petrol, we headed to set up camp. Our air mattress had sprung a leak, so after a lot patient gluing, we spent the night playing Uno in the campsite's bar. In the morning, unfortunately, the airbed was flat again. Doh.
