Hello everyone,

Australia is great!! The weather is sooo nice, its always sunny but is really hot but there is alittle breeze sometimes. So far i have been to the beach once during the day and then last night which was nice to see the stars. The beach is where Heath Ledger had his wake the night before we went there. Its so beautiful the water is nice a clear and the area of Perth is very clean. All the people are very friendly and have the best accents. At times its hard to understand but some of the sayings they have are great. Like they say cheers alot and no worries for ur welcome. I also have been to the Zoo and saw Kangaroos, kolas, and alot of other animals it was exciting. However the roos seemed smaller than i thought they would be. I have been in the city some for some shopping and to the bars of course!!:) Every thing is rather expensive though compared to the US. Like a mini beer is between 5-7 bucks. but i did buy a 6 pack the other day for 13 bucks, thought that was good. Oh and they don't tip here and the tax is already included so that saves alittle. Been to the university a couple times seems nice so far. The class seems like its going to be interesting we get to go on a field trip and only really have class 4 days a week. Feels like i've done more but can't remember now... and pictures will come soon. The internet here hasn't been the best but hopefully they work it out soon.
