Hey everybody its Sunday evening cant believe how quick this week has gone!! =D bloody brilliant week though!! Havent managed to do the whole North Island as i wanted to spend a few extra days in Wellington, Taupo in Rotorua...

In Rotorua atm, spent the weekend here been awesome =D Arrived lunchtime on Saturday, bit of lunch and then onto the Geothermal Park...was awesome. Mud, water and hot springs all in one afternoon, bit of a yuk smell at some point! Finished the afternoon off with my feet in the pools reading the last of New Moon, and onto another book! Evening was spent at the Maori Village about a 20-30 minute drive away, traditional Hangi Meal, meet some nice people, i thought great when i saw wine bottles on the table-turned out to be water shame!!

Haha, anyways lie in on a Sunday morning woke up about 9, finished rest of book and was ready to go by 10! Decided to try one last extreme sport in New Zealand, and remains one of my favourites-Zorbing, giant hamster ball filled with water and launched off the top of the hill. Got the bus out- Only problem, i left my towel, change of clothes etcetc, on a bag on my bed-great move fi! Spent the rest of the morning/afternoon soaking wet! Nice work!! Went up to a random farm after, and got a gift for somebody have been waiting to find for ages-result!

Got the bus back, took 15mins to get out to the Zorbing, only 45 minutes to get back, bus driver was drinking beer and admitted the locals with free bus tickets! Great scenery, headed back into town and down to Spotlight picking up an ice lolly on the way down! Got a kiwi scrapbook album and a few bits, (god knows how im meant to get my stuff home-first how im getting it all back to New Plymouth!!).....finished my book up this afternoon, sorted a bus ticket for tomorrow, and just off to make Mac and Cheese for dinner =D lols anyways, will get in touch soon! Cant believe its just over 2 weeks till i head back to the UK-scary but looking forward to seeing you all!
