Ahhhh :( had to say bye to the tour :( (even though I woke up late and missed pretty much everyone).
So after a late start it was time to jump on the train and head to evry to see diane.
After swapping trains twice I got to fare du Lyon and was waiting for my last train to evry which for some reason didn't come and then there were announcements ( I could understand a bit but not all of it). So I asked some people that had no idea, so pretty much I'm at the station with no idea and by myself. Eventually I decided I've come this far and so I went back to the platform and waited forever for the train which eventually came.
As I had to wait forever at the station, I was late to meet Diane. The public phones in France are quite confusing but luckily the guy that worked at the station let me use his phone :)
So finally, after 2 and a half years and one hectic day on the trains, I meet up with diane :) :) :)

We went back to her place to drop my bags and then to the shops, where of course I did some shopping :)

At night we went down to the local fireworks which were on the celebrate Bastille day :) they were so amazing and so much better than the ones in Melbourne (sorry Melbourne :p).

After a busy day, and not much sleep the night before, it was so good to sleep in a familiar bed :)
