Every town has one of these....church in the center with buildings all around it......yeh there is nothing good for girona but there should be cause this is a really cool town......well i am getting ahead of myself......so i left the internet the other day and went to go get a train to here in girona and had no energy.....it had been a draining few days in many aspects....it was getting late enough that the 2 hr train ride would put me there late enough so that it might get intresting finding a place to stay......besides i had a few things to do on the net and i knew where to stay in barcelona......though the prices were not so hot i could make due.......got a bed then did some paperwork organizing of the things......got some groceries from the store and had a nice little meal.....hit the phone for a while then i got tired and needed to go to bed.....that lasted til about 230 when the bar goers came back and made their way to their bunks.......now one of them apparently had all his things in a locker but still felt he laid claim to the vacant bed he left.......and the poor german who was sleeping got woken up and asked to relocate......well after a little arguement it was clear the germans english was not gonna be enough and he had no one on his side......i felt bad but i also felt tired and hoped it would end shortly......he got moved downstairs and the fine english chap got his bed back......like it matters where you sleep.....had breakfast and met a cool canadien couple.....they were just begining barcelona and spain.....i shared some stories with em and we talked a bit and i wished i coulda hung out with em a while......but it was getting near 12 after breakfast shower and such so i needed to leave......i prolly coulda done lunch with em but i needed to get to girona.....glad i did too cause it is really nice old town.....random califorian and tres were right.....it is got this old section of town that is just wonderful.....a cathedral and an old wall fortress you can walk the peremeter on......the river flowing through the center is quite clean and has cool houses along it.......and fish in the river that you can see and prolly feed......some big carp......well i did the wall and the cathedral and there are some museums but i dont know how much i am feeling them.....i think i may hit the arab baths tom morning and then to the plane.......i did some laundry when i got here and quickly met one of the roomates......from the neitherlands and his english is excellant as he lived in austrailia for a yr.....so we talked quite a bit about spain and have made plans to meet up for dinner.....and with that i have actually done a short entry......until italy
