The Torshavn choir sang traditional songs for an hour, in the rain no less, and finished up with the National Song. I tried to upload the movie, but having problems at the moment.

There was a larger Torshavn concert band playing earlier. A small group broke off, along with a case of beer, to play some informal music. A lot of fun, and they were quite humorous.

The parade was composed of the country's Prime Minister and the all the ministers. Quite a sight to see the entire government walking down the small and narrow street.

This seemed to be the national food on the national holiday. Everyone was eating them Why don't we have cool hot dog rolls with a pre drilled hole! The bread was warm and crispy and the dog was excellent!
