Hello All,

We arrived in Ko Phangan in the morning, after another nightmare boat journey for Gordy. As soon as we got off the boat we were snapped up again and thrown into another jeep, arrived at really decent digs, air con, hot shower and balcony (Spoiled). It was quite a bit out of the way from the town, so we hired a moped and went on a wee expedition. Mannaged to get lost a few times but got there in the end. After a couple of days, we decided to find another place nearer the town and beach. So got on the moped and went on another one of our expeditions, found a taxi full off young western (Party type people) so decided to follow the taxi, which led us to a beachside resort with pool and bar (Heaven!!) Funnily enough we decided to stay there. Had a great couple of days of days there, met a lot of sound people and adopted a Dutch/Morrocan lad called Said. We went to a party on the beach called "The Full Moon Party" which was mental, thousands of people partying with Dj's and Bands right across the beach, this went on untill the next day, so suffered for the next 2 days. So to sum up Ko Phangan, it was a really relaxed place and the second place we stayed was excellent, made loads of mates. The next stop is Ko Samui...
