On Monday we taught colours to the 5's and 6's which they seemed to grasp pritty quickly fran taught on her own in the morning. On Tuesday lessons were cancelled due to tent making out of bamboo in preperation for scout camp!! We taught them the bamboo game in english first and then were forced to play in thai Kru Yute loved it! Sophia and Sarah arrived in the afternoon in order to prepare for our early start on Wednesday..... The director baught us some interes...

On Friday morning we had a little lie in and then headed into Mae Ai as we had the day off after scout camp!! We found an intersting internet cafe where you only had to pay 10 baht for however long you wanted...... we still aren't sure if it really was one or not..... We got some photos developed for when we leave!! We then made our way up to the resort for our weekend there and had a BBQ which made a nice change to the Thai food, and met up with all the other AV...

This weekend we decided origionally to go to Chiang Doe. We got on a bus and checked into our very stange hostel..... the women was really very very odd and then went up to the caves!! They were absolutley huge but again very strange... the whole place had a rather eerie atmosphere and we decided there wasn't much to do so we got half our money back after a pretend phone call and flaged down a bus to chiang mai where some of the other AV's were already!! This week began as a week of teaching! On monday we taught our first two lessons as usual and then joined in with some thai dance in preperation for fridays event. We wore the long finernails and bashed some bamboo sticks together! In the evening there was a staff v hill tribe football match!! mae salak won!!
