Chicken thighs in a cayenne paprika cumin garlic pepper salt mix. They were really tasty and spicy but not blow your head off.

Asparagus with a bit of pepper, blush lava salt and butter.

Blush lava salt has a very delicate somewhat perfumed flavour. Would be lovely on white fish.

We also had Sineads bison burgers which were absolutely delicious. Mix of frozen spinach mushrooms onions and bison. I'll definitely make them. Not sure if I'll find the bison but beef would be a perfect substitute.
