It was lobster and scallop starter on a bed of lettuce tomato and avocado salsa. I must look at the menu again to see what else it contained.

We also had an amazing two more savoury courses...
Wild seabass with tossed spinach and tomato compote followed by a meat course of
Off the bone shoulder of lamb with roasted peppers and potatoes. Truly stunning food.
