This was a crazy delicious and perfectly cooked fondant.

Chocolate fondant with dulce de leche and red fruit coulis.

How do they do it right for so many people ? Very impressed. It was super rich dark chocolate. Wickedly delicious. The small biscuits were super sweet shortbread too.
