Superbowl night Spanish tortilla didn't want to work due to lack of potatoes and crazy hot unajustable (?) electric hob and cheap pan. But rather than blame the tools (which of course I've just done !) I made a muddled onion and potato pan dish ! Really rather tasty. Six nations Rugby snacks Fresh salad, toasted bread some Parma and a bit of olive oil and balsamic! Also had the leftover lentil chorizo stew from last night so a bit of protein !

Peach porridge delight! Pan fried the peaches in a little sugar and water and added this to the porridge. The peaches are really fruity here so it was yummy.

Lentil and chorizo stew with garlic hearts! A little pre valentines treat :) Garlic carrot chorizo pre cooked lentils some tomato purée. Some parsley too. Chopped everything up nice and small. Would have used onions if I had had them. Just sautéed each element and then added two cups of water and let it simmer until we were ready ! Really tasty. Breakfast of champions Heading wine tasting so needed sustenance. Banana porridge with mostly water and a dash of lactose free milk. It's bizarrely really easy to find my milk here. Wasn't expecting that at all. I put the banana into the oats as they were cooking for a richer taste. Also a spoon of fruits of the forest jam to sweeten it up.
