British airways Dessert. Chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and vanilla icecream. Velvety smooth. Really rich. The icecream and fruit accompaniments were essential. Which I love in a dessert. I love when you have to eat all parts of it together. Just makes it feel more indulgent putting all the parts on your spoon. In my case a small spoon.

British airways The opulence. Even the starter had this tasty pre dessert of two discs. One pure dark chocolate. The other a caramel filled milk chocolate disc. The sort if chocolate that is just the right thickness that breaks perfectly and has a satisfying crunchy snap if you know what I mean.

British airways Mustard steak with a pumpkin side and roasties. The starters on the plane were exceptional. I ended up getting the brown rice and then the crayfish. Ed had this steak which was still impressive to be eating up in the air but would have been disappointing in a restaurant.

British airways. Crayfish salad with sesame seeds pumpkin and cucumber. So refreshing and tasty. Think this could have done with a spicier finish but still great. You could replace the pumpkin with yellow pepper too as the pumpkin flavour was not v strong. Really refreshing taste. Like summer.

British airways Brown rice salad with pumpkins seeds and beans and tomatoes. Really enjoyed this as it felt like I was getting a mini detox after Christmas. Also fills you up.
