Dinner was rather slim today. Cheesy singles and mayo. Lunch was crackers too and we didn't have breakfast. It's so hot here you don't need much. We also took sea sickness pills today for the boat and i think they take away your appetite. I always love anything crunchy so actually have been totally fine just eating crackers.

We haven't eaten very well on this gorgeous island. The restaurants are all about €10 a plate of food which is way out of budget and the supermarkets/ tiny shops have absolutely nothing in them. Honestly nothing. Arrived Monday Lunch. Wish I had brought my phone as we shared a portion of cerviche prawns and fries. The lack of ingredients is so sad as the 8€ prawns were just drowning in a store bought hot sauce and the 4€ portion of fries was about 20 c...

Medellin airport breakfast. Yummy I ate the Boston cream ones that I just adore and Ed has pink sprinkles and a custard filled one. We had to get up at 530 again so it was so nice to tick into these after check in.

Yellow House hostel Very impressive breakfast included for 55,000 Owner Vincent is French so the omelette with ham and cheese was really nice. Rather salty but really nicely cooked. Fresh juice and fruit too.
