We have had another honery lost boy in the form of Ben Wilson who has been a legend in the month he has sepnt with us here in Oz.....we are eagerly awaiting the return of the Shark and trying to all stay welll so that the '5 lost boys' can be together once more!! A blog will be on the webpage in next couple of days!! The theme is Ozzy Bogans!!!!

Dan, Steve, Dan et al. S'been a while and I apologise. So how we doing then? Sounds like all is well and I too hope Shark get's back out there asap. Let's give you an update as to what's happening from my end and the Dally faithful as you well know pre-season has been in full swing now for some time (June 4th)I'm fine, ankle's still playing up and can't run any further than about 40 yards……..then again when could I ever. Sarah's all good and Milly is growing up so fast it's unbelievable. I'll get some latest pics put up on my Facebook and you can see how gorgeous she is cos she follows me and my stunning looks. FootballShakey……..is a year older. Now he can levitate and lives in a cave on the swamp planet Degobah and uses The Force in everything he does…..making a cuppa, adding photo's to a photo album, putting the tablet in the dishwasher……everything. Mr Coote…….While Gary isn't playing chicken with trucks on the motorway Gaz is providing the help on the training ground.Dyer won the fantasy football league which means I have to buy him a new pair of boots. LShelly - Our new keeper is getting lobbed more often than The Mondespite being 9ft 7in tall. Is still to master the "Safe" shout but has the "look at the ground when a goalkick goes wrong" art down to a T. Dave and Fred have got him throwing a 5kg bagand a beer keground Blisworth and Dallington Park to strengthen the kid up. He's moving on to chucking one of the twins next as natural progression. Ceely - Missed the first couple of sessions but has now been in attendance for a consistent time and has managed to shed approx 29st. We're all really pleased for him but he does resemble Fat b****** at the end of the last Austin Powers film. Brilliant. Sam - Mr Perfect has been the surprise fitness package of pre-season. Rapidly turning into a "Bezza machine no. 2". However, no matter how hard he tries, his brain still won't talk to his left peg. Whenever training gets a bit serious, we make Sam do some left foot shooting to lighten the mood again. Tom - Trucker Tom has recently passed his cycling proficiency test so we're all chuffed for him. We chipped in for some Spokey Dokeys. He's made up. Somehow manages to be the first one at training on a Wed at 6pm at Dally Pk even though travelling from MK however on a Sunday still says he get's lost on the way to Blisworth. Struggles to differentiate between training and real games because most of the squad has been dilapidated from him going through them in 50/50s. Bez - Square Head is going through some kind of personal redemption phase. After training he goes back home to JJB gym and punishes himself some more. Is starting to get above his station though, thinks he can just wander up the pitch to have a part in scoring goals only to sulk like a delinquent child when told to go back to his position. Looking even better than last season at the moment. Twins - as we know they are as one. But wait, they've only gone and bought new boots. It's chaos, I'm putting shoes on the wrong feet, getting in the wrong side of my car, ordering a Coke in the bar. I think the planets are all out of kilter. Whatever's happened the source just has to be Twins. They are indeed putting the work in though and we're fitting train tracks to the wings for them. Little Ben - Not someone you'll know, as his name suggests he's the smallest in the squad and a little tiny ankle biter to point where people think they've been bitten by a mosquito cos they can't see him. Acquired from Abington Rangers and will sit nicely in centre midfield in a holding role. Great balance and intelligent on the ball.Dyer - Say no more say no more, he's still around and has just joined the "30" club. Defying his age Dyer is looking the fittest we've seen him after the pre-season we've had so far. Think him and Bez are moving in together. I've got a little playlist on the stereo for the changing rooms just for them. Franny - Well what can we say about our very own Franmeister. He's keeping it real as he says in his last post. Franny is indeed working hard in training although takes Dave's advice on technique a little too seriously and can often be seen stamping the studs off his boots when Dave says "Explode". Is making a claim back for his striking roll though, he's a different shape (yes shape) from the first session when he was watering the shrubbery with projectile vomit. Purdy - Dan Purdy is what is now considered an endangered species. Everyone takes photos' when he makes it. Has got some work to do to catch up with the rest of the boys. On last count, Purdy had accumulated 463,997,421 flicks in a time period of 320 minutes of training. That's 6.9 flicks per second. As you can imagine we were all very impressed. Mr Burton - Mr Utility. Lee's commitment to the team has been impeccable given his limited playing time last season. However fair play to the lad, he's been at training, is looking fit and I still haven't got a clue where his best position is. I think he's doing it on purpose and it's the icing on the Twin's confusion cake. Jass - Probably been to more training sessions than ever. We all think he's got some STD because it just doesn't seem like he's out in the field as much as before. Jass IS concentration personified, he's attention to detail is second to none and he is 100% focussed at all times. Never do you hear him say, "So what we doing then?" in the middle of each drill and he never ever turns up wearing the clothes he went out in the previous night, ever. Owen Thomas - Newbie but Oldbie, I believe Owen takes over the mantle of being the oldest in the side. Let's just say he's a spawn of Dave. A fitness instructor who used to work with him. He's got pace, is fully left footed, andis looking to dislodge one of the twins of their places. Owen's playing for the ressies at Spencer this season. ICE - A couple of weeks ago while we were training up at Dallington Park, this lad was riding his bike around with a pair of football boots in his hand. Although noticed I didn't say anything to him because I just thought he was waiting for his team to turn up. They didn't and he went home. A week later, at Dallington Park once again he was there again and alas no team present for him to train with. Feeling a little sorry for him I asked him if he wanted to train with us to which he accepted and I was thinking we'd got nothing to lose. Within 5 minutes it was clear this lad had something about him. So now, we've got a new striker, who goes by the name of Ice, who is similar in stature and balance to Claude Makele and is RAPID!! One gamble that has paid dividends this season and not a moment too soon. Still don't know his real name, no-one does, not even him. On the periphery, Mr Glen Smith, Mr Jack Bartley, Mr Martin Misutka, Mr Luke Bartley are all about and have said they want to play but can't commit to each week. But where's Ross I hear you say. Well Ross has decided that through his extreme fitness levels the past couple of seasons he wants to take things steady for a year and assess his options. Just need you boys home to complete the circle of Dally love. You can take the boys out of Dally but you can't take the Dally out of the boys. Ra Ra!! Oooh, by the way, we're all going out on Friday for a pre-season Dally night out. It's less than two weeks away from our first friendly so thought we'd have a bit of a team bonding session. I know how you guys are abstaining from alcohol but maybe we could do some synchronised drinking once again, get the photo's sent over and I'll put em up on the site. Everyone else, apologies for the somewhat large post. None of which you'll have any interest in. Laters Gaffer

Hi Dan and the boys.
Sorry have had trouble with the eyes again so couldn't see the screen either to write or read. Getting old before my time, in fact too old to appreciate your new look beard Danny. How's OZ!
Dan B's poem/speech was excellent by the way, I knew he had a purpose in life (Dan you have my blessing to become an Author some day, very entertaining). Glad your all having fun still and keeping well.
Love to Sharky, hope he's healing and ready to continue his journey in South America.
I've got alot of reading to do to catch up with you boys. Don't surpose they've invented a computor with braille yet. ha!ha! Only kidding, the eyes are on the mend.
Nan can't get over the fact that you remembered her birthday while your travelling. She was very tearful that you remembered her. So I didn't tell her that you only remebered because it was Independance day. You've made an old lady very happy!!!
Love you loads Danny, hugs for the boys!!
Love Mumxx
