You'll be pleased to know, that i kept up Dalli Tradition by vomiting violently at the first pre season session (b"@s@!rds were even taking bets on me!) Since then we have all become finely tuned athletic machines, apart from the keeper, it's just feels weird when he shouts safe, and it really is safe!

Other than that, not alots changed, the twins still look the same, bez is still dashingly handsome, sammy is still kelvs favourite, ceely still has the hariest knees known to man and purdy's still the known as the second striker at the club!

Hiya Steffan Wang!!!!! I thought two things about names as i wrote this, firstly I would put a 'lost boy' spin on my name, and also, i Would give you a thai style surname.

Anyways, i have just come out of hiding after the total and utter embarrasment of my beloved football team being relegated to the duldrums of third tier football. I mean come on, It's just a shocker, you wouldn't see a club like forest there would ya! On a better note, we now have Nigel 'THE PERSONALITY' Pearson in charge of us.

Your missing so much excitment in Donington mate, JC has finished decorating his lounge and everything, honestly mate, it's all goin on!

I have to say reading that blog Mr Brown it has cheered up my boring friday at the drapery...... that was hillarious!!!

I am sure you will be glad to be missing pre-season football training whilst you are relaxing on numerous beaches and eating brass's body weight in curry its a killer. You boys are sorely missed as I have spent far too much time with davvy and seen with windmill more than any straight man should.

I hope everyone is well and be well behaved as I don't want to see any more of the five lost boys in the UK this year....!

You have seen some really amazing things out there. The Cambodia shots were not easy to look at. Truly awful what people can do to each other. I am glad that sausage is growing his hair back a bit, it could be tricky getting into Oz looking like a ready made convict.
