Monday - New Years Eve! we spent the day at Santa Monica - was warm enough to sit on the beach (in December!) and we paddled in the sea - i got a bit wetter than anticipated! Hello! Ive arrived at our first stop - Hollywood! Got here on Friday after a good flight and found our way to the hostel - very nice as is in a really good location just off Hollywood Boulevard and has everything we need - internet, kitchen,entertainment and tours and free pancakes every morning!
