We took an overnight bus from Peurto Vallarta to Mexico City, and what a long journey it was. The bus was very nice and comfortable too, but we still had trouble sleeping and were desperate to get off the bus. We got the bus to Puerto Vallarta, a small town on the coast of Mexico. It took maybe around 6 hours but the bus was very comfortable with properly reclining chairs, tvs, toilets and a complimentary lunch. We arrived in LAX in the afternoon. We went straight to our hostel on Hollywood Boulevard. It was in the perfect location for seeing Hollywood. Hollywood is just as you would imagine, totally over the top american! We spent a few days there and that was all we really needed to see the sights.
