Hello again,
We are now in Koh Phanang, had a brilliant time over the last two weeks!

Starting from where we left off!

Bec an Matt got settled an we went out for some lunch in the Smiley bar an then to the beach for a quick dip. Pretty chilled out night at Coco Tams on the bean bags with few beers, mikes favourite bar!

We went to their pool the next day an lazed around there. It's beautiful! Took loads of underwater picture, all of them are far from flattering but it was hilarious! Bec doesn't sink well!!
We went for a proper night out in chaweng after drinking games an a bottle of hong thong.....which we later found out that it's actually not whiskey it's "blended spirits" so god knows what we have been drinking all week! Standard buckets when we got there an a boogie. I'll get the pics up soon so you can have a laugh.

The next day wasn't as much of a write off as I thought it would be to be honest. We decided to go to chaweng beach for the day. It was a gorgeous day, we got a bat an ball as well so spent the day drinking an dipping in an out the sea. It's like bath water so not refreshing in the slightest! It was the night market that night in Bophut so we walked up an down there an took advantage of the 60baht cocktails on offer!

We went to the big buddah on the Saturday, an us girls went for a massage. We asked for an oil massage, which was brilliant. Sarah ended up with more than she bargained for when she was being flung over this little thai woman's knees to crack her back! To top it off, she had already taken her bikini top from her! The lads went to the pub (surprise surprise) an we met them there to watch the rugby.
We thought right we will have a night in with drinks on becs an matts balcony. It was such a good night, we played a load of drinking games an managed to get through 2 bottles of Samsong an a bottle of Hong Thong an beers! Mike an Matt ended up having to do a shop run twice!! Good eggs! They came back at one point to find us in dressing gowns, slippers an beach bags packed with a bow, pillows, shirts an all sorts! We couldn't breathe, the looks we were getting were hilarious!! We ended up sleeping at theirs that night on the balcony bed. Woke up round 6am sweating with the heat!

Monday was total wipe out day! At the beach, there was a huge inflatable total wipe out "aqua asia". We spent the day on and off this, it is so so hard to play on!! Matt an mike were in there elements, didn't move off it once!

We went on a boat trip on the Tuesday to the Angthong National park, weather was awful but the trip was brilliant. We got to see the Green Lagoon, sail round the Islands an go snorkelling. Battered it down the whole way home unfortunately but we were inside so not too bad.

Wednesday we had a pool day, again weather was rubbish so we started drinking pretty early. Standard drinking games with Songsam an Hong Thong. Mike an Matt went onto the balcony an the next minute Matt strides back into the room followed by Mike in matching Hawaiian shirts! They had been planning it for ages, I couldn't breathe when I saw them!! We decided to take part in the weekly Frog an Geko pub quiz....missed the greave one obviously! We thought it couldn't be harder so why not! The quiz was so hard! Loads of teams an there's us "the two Hawaiians" coming in last place with 38 points. Winning team had over 100! On the bright side we got a booby prize of a free shot each. We blame the alcohol. Two lads decided to join us on going to chaweng for our final night out.

We went back to the hotel for a few more games then got over there round 11. Bumped into Brocken an though it would be a good idea to go back an wake stenhouse up. He did not look impressed!! Really funny night all in all. Rolled in round 4pm so I'd say that was successful! Plus they played flying without wings, rock the boat, ywna an loads of other brill songs!

Thursday was horrific! Matt an Bec had to go on an island tour, picked up at 9am thrown round the island on a 4x4...did not envy them at all! We chilled out an finally got up round 12.30, felt well lazy! Weather was cloudy again but round 3pm there was a monsoon, it was horrible....Bec an Matt were halfway up a mountain with no raincoat or nothing so we were pretty lucky!

On the Friday we said goodbye to beautiful Koh Samui and headed over to Koh Phanang for the build up an the full moon!

Saturday Bec an Matt took the trip over to Koh Tao and Nanguan for the day. We stayed round the pool an topped up our tans a bit! We went to the jungle party in the night, it was crazy, defo not my scene but it was ok. They had thai boxing on in the middle of it surrounded by jungle an UV paint an lights! Was a laugh to be fair!

Sunday brought Full Moon day! Wwoohhoo! We went into had rin the morning for breakfast an then back to the pool. Alison an Darragh came over to ours with Bec an Matt to pre drink. Standard drinking games an UV painting commenced. It was a funny night to be fair! We were home pretty early compared to most, about 4:30.

Sad times though :( said goodbye to Bec an Matt! Will miss then millions!
We are staying here one more night an then heading over to Koh Lanta tomorrow for a few days.
