Arrived in hot, sweaty, humid, chaotic and car fumed Bangkok. You can not see the sun due to the pollution. First port of call was to check into our hostel which was around the corner from the infamous Khaosan Rd. We got ourselves some bargains and took a tuk tuk ride around this amazing and disorganised but organised city. Ben got talked into getting a suit made and was fitted up well and proper. have just arrived in osaka. travelled in on the shinkansen, which was a really good to experience except for the japanese toilets which are a hole in the floor- i think toilets like these on trains travelling at high speeds is just asking for trouble! our last days in tokyo were great. we went into harajuko and did not see the crazily dressed girls as they dont come out on a week day - typical. found a great creperie instead though - cheers james and nic. ...

Got a mini bus with a 6'5 transvestite canadian and a couple of english girls on their travel and headed off on our overnight adventure.
