have just arrived in osaka. travelled in on the shinkansen, which was a really good to experience except for the japanese toilets which are a hole in the floor- i think toilets like these on trains travelling at high speeds is just asking for trouble! our last days in tokyo were great. we went into harajuko and did not see the crazily dressed girls as they dont come out on a week day - typical. found a great creperie instead though - cheers james and nic. ...
