Leaving our hotel on Saturday morning, our original plan was to head to the Puyallup State Fair for the day until we learned that it was Kids Get in Free Day - which quickly changed to the Snoqualmie Casino in Snoqualmie, Washington.  After all, I've never met a casino I didn't like. After all it was only one and a half hours from our hotel and I figured I could get Deb there for the Buffet Brunch - I knew we could make it and did.   After a nice lunch and a little dollars in our pocket we decided to test so of the one arm bandits.  After a few questionable choices, we finally locked onto one machine that continued to give and as a result (with a lot of restraint) helped to offset the overall cost of this little mini-vacation. From there we drove all the way north through some very pretty Washington real-estate all the way to the Huntington border at Abbotsford.   Overall a great little get away and plans are underway for our next little trip which might be the Sunshine Coast.
